Registration is now open for the Fall GoF in Glen Rose!

Schedule of Events (Exact time and details to be determined)

Thursday Evening:

President and First Lady Welcome & Meet 'n Greet - Gather in the Pergola area of the hotel for light snacks with water/soda provided (BYOB).

Dinner will be on your own in town. A list of the fine restaurants available in Glen Rose will be provided. 

Friday Morning:

Coyote Run Drive - Eric and Debbie Olson will be setting up this drive through the local area. The drive will end at the Loco Coyote Grill at noon, where a private room has been reserved for us. This is a pay your own way event. After lunch a short drive will take us back to the hotel.

You may also just sign up for lunch at the Loco Coyote Grill if you want to skip the drive.

Friday Afternoon:

Business Meeting - A short TMGR business meeting will be held in the Conference room at the hotel.

Friday Evening:

Pizza Under the Pergola: Gather at the hotel for delicious local pizza with water and soda provided. This event will be BYOB.

Saturday Morning:

Car Show on the Square - The car show will be held in the streets around the Courthouse square. Mayor Boles will have streets blocked off around the square. Photos will be taken and the cars will be parked around the courthouse.

Car Show Lunch - Boxed lunch will be served at City Hall at Noon.  Drink coolers will be brought over from the Square and volunteers will hand out lunches.

Saturday Afternoon:

Tech Session - The technical wizards of the TMGR Tech Squad will put on a demonstration on improving or maintaining your MG.

Saturday Evening:

Gala Awards Banquet - The Banquet will be held at Barnard's Mill and Art Museum. The traditional blue blazer photo and MG ladies photo will be taken at the Mill before cocktails. After cocktails, the banquet will be served. There will be silent and live auctions during this event. This is a BYOB event; however, this is a historical building and LIQUOR IS NOT PERMITTED ON MILL PROPERTY. BEER AND WINE ONLY.

Sunday Morning:

Goodbye breakfast snacks will be available in the Hospitality room.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE!

Registration and refunds will be available only until Friday, October 23. After that date, the T-shirts and food will be ordered, and it will not be possible to amend the orders. Only car show registration will be available after the deadline, so do not delay in registering. Do it today!

A word about registration: The organizers are asking anyone who is capable of doing online registration to please register for the event online. It is easier to register online and a confirmation email is automatically sent to the registrant. If you do need to mail your registration, make sure to leave enough time for your registration form to arrive through the mail by the deadline. Thank you!
